ResaPlus - Electrode
Stimulation of the ganglion, failback surgery syndrome, radicular back pain, treatment of chronic & neuropathic pain, radiculopathy, post-herpetic neuralgia. Resaplus is a newly developed catheter for the treatment of chronic pain caused by adhesions in the epidural space or in the ganglia. Due to the structure, an adhesiolysis/neurolysis can be carried out mechanically (Racz principle) as well as pulsed radio frequency can be transmitted to ganglia (as with the Pasha catheter). Rinsing fluid or medication can be introduced through the integrated Luer connection. The catheter can remain in the patient for a total of 48 hours. The various functionalities in a catheter enable very efficient work. With a diameter of 3 CH, Resaplus can also be used in combination with our epiduroscopy system. Resaplus can be connected to all common RF generators with pulsed radio frequency.
Spine - Disc Therapy
Baholzer - Endoscopic Disc Treatment
Herniated discs, facet denervation, denervation of the SI joint, spinal canal stenosis, L1 to L5. Endoscopy has also played an important role in spinal surgery for years. Minimal access and high-resolution images allow the surgeon to take advantage of minimally invasive procedures in spinal disorders. Access can be transforaminal or interlaminar. The baholzer endoscopy for the lumbar intervertebral disc impresses with its simple and safe application using the "side-cutting concept" as well as easy handling with an instrument set reduced to the essentials. The following indications are provided.
Baholzer - Nucleoplasty System
With the Resadisc method, a particularly gentle intradiscal therapy method for reducing the volume of the porcine nucleus pulosus was established. The reduction of the intervertebral disc volume using QMR (Register Trademark Sign) technology takes place in the temperature range below 50° C. Thermal necrosis is thus virtually impossible. This means that the methods with the Resadisc method are gentler than nucleoplasty, which works with high frequency or laser probes and higher temperatures.
