Dengue Virus Antibodies
The dengue virus (DENV), first isolated in 1943, is assigned to the family Flaviviridae, genus Flavivirus. It has four serotypes (DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4) and transmission to humans occurs via the Aedes mosquito, mainly Aedes aegypti. Its global reach has mirrored the spread of Aedes aegypti in tropical and subtropical areas (Messina et al. 2014). It is suggested that 390 million dengue infections occur per year, of which 96 million develop symptoms (Bhatt et al. 2013).
Adenoviruses Antibodies
Adenoviruses are non-enveloped icosahedral viruses that can cause respiratory illness, infantile gastroenteritis and other mild disorders such as conjunctivitis. Adenoviruses are approximately 70-90nm in diameter, containing linear double-stranded DNA. Adenoviruses are very resistant and can withstand adverse pH conditions and treatment with chemical or physical agents.

Mouse anti Hepatitis B Core Antigen antibody, clone H3A4 (4H5) specifically recognizes Hepatitis B virus core antigen (HBcAg), the highly immunogenic 21kDa replicative form of the Hepatitis B virus (HBV), expressed by infected cells. Antibodies to HBcAg are produced by the host during and following an acute HBV infection and can be detected in chronic HBV carriers and patients recovered from HBV infection, usually persisting in the body for life.

Annexin V Kit
This test employs the property of Annexin V to bind to the membrane phospholipid phosphatidylserine (PS) in the presence of Ca2+. PS is exposed at the cell surface during the early stages of apoptosis. Detection of PS is a very sensitive method for detecting cells entering apoptosis, at a time point considerably ahead of nuclear changes such as DNA degradation. The conjugation protocol used to prepare this product has not changed the native phospholipid binding properties of Annexin V. This protocol is designed to measure apoptosis easily and quickly in a sample of suspended cells.

Model RFF-VIII R/1 - Mouse Anti Human Von Willebrand Factor Antibody, Clone
Mouse anti Human von Willebrand factor antibody, clone RFF-VIII R/1 recognizes human von Willebrand factor (vWF), also known as Factor VIII related antigen, a blood glycoprotein involved in blood coagulation. It stabilises circulating Factor VIII by binding to it and protecting it from cleavage and delivers it to sites of vascular injury. vWF also promotes the adhesion of platelets to sites of vascular damage by forming a molecular bridge between collagen on exposed endothelial cells and the GPIb binding sites of platelets circulating in the blood. vWF circulates in the blood as large multimers, with each monomer (250kDa) containing a number of specific domains.
