Cyrus Bench - Rosetta Protein Design Software
Cyrus Bench is a user-friendly version of the Rosetta protein design software with a unique graphical user interface, available for subscription through Cyrus. The Rosetta molecular modeling and design toolkit was first developed at the lab of co-founder David Baker, and is used as a command line interface alongside a suite of other open source and closed source tools, such as BLAST or Openeye, requiring years of training — Bench provides this entire suite with full infrastructure automation.
Cyrus Rosetta - Traditional Protein Modeling Software
While much traditional protein modeling software takes a pure first-principles approach using deep expert knowledge of physics and chemistry, and modern AI tools often take a model-free approach based entirely on data, the Rosetta software package takes a combined approach based on physics and on statistical patterns. This combination, along with a relentless focus on the prediction of experimental characteristics and benchmarking to wet lab data, has made Rosetta uniquely useful for protein design in the lab.
Cyrus - Rosetta-Based Tools
Cyrus API provides a larger set of Rosetta-based tools, with automated infrastructure provisioning, industrial-strength stability, and benchmarked and tested workflows, for example for antibody structure prediction in a single step. API is intended for more expert users engaged in full-time computational modeling or bioinformatics.
