Cellenis - Advanced Wound Therapy

A safe and reliable treatment for soft tissue rejuvenation and dermal augmentation. Cellenis® Pure PRF creates a fibrin scaffold with which the growth factors and other bioactive materials interact to stimulate the healing process. Cellenis® Pure PRF is an advanced wound therapy for dental, maxillofacial, plastic surgery and wound healing applications. Cellenis® Pure PRF, is a second generation of platelet concentrate and consists of an autologous polymerized fibrin scaffold comprised of large quantities of platelets, cytokines, growth factors and chemokines. As the fibrin matrix is better organized, it is able to efficiently direct stem cell migration and the healing cascade. Cellenis® Pure PRF is simple and fast to prepare – the clot that is formed is placed on the surface of a wound or is packed into a cavity or sinus.

Tropocells - Autologous Thrombin Rich Serum (TRS)

Tropocells® autologous Thrombin Rich Serum (TRS) technology enables the physician to easily activate platelets that are obtained from Tropocells® PRP. The combination of Tropocells® TRS and Tropocells® PRP releases enriched growth factors which stimulate, accelerate and upgrade the body’s natural healing processes in specific localized surgical sites. The patented Tropocells® TRS product is delivered in a red capped tube containing a separation gel without the presence of an anticoagulant. The system includes the following components: red stoppers, specially treated glass and a unique gel barrier. Tropocells® TRS is prepared by taking either 12ml or 23ml whole blood from the patient, then separating platelets and anabolic cells from catabolic Red Blood Cells and Granulocytes via centrifugation. The Tropocells® TRS is obtained without the addition of activating substances.

Tropocells® Pure PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) is an autologous polymerised fibrin scaffold consists of large quantity of platelet cytokines, growth factors and chemokines. Tropocells® Pure PRF creates a fibrin scaffold with which the growth factors and other bioactive materials interact to stimulate the healing process. The Tropocells® pure PRF is generated following platelets activation which are trapped in this matrix. PRF is used to promote wound healing, bone regeneration, graft stabilization, wound sealing and haemostasis. Tropocells® pure PRF advantages over the common PRF methods include, among others, ease of preparation/application, minimal expenses and lack of biochemical modification (no bovine, thrombin or anticoagulant is required).

Cellenis - Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

Cellenis® Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a proprietary PRP technology based on blood separation according to density using a unique proprietary separation gel. The system allows for the preparation of pure PRP with optimal platelet concentrations and cellular content. Virtually, all Red Blood Cells are eliminated from PRP fraction and the concentration of pro-inflammatory Granulocytes having undesired components is highly reduced.
