We make it possible to turn every usable room into a hydrotherapy area. Our freestanding modular pool can be assembled at every possible location. In this way, hydrotherapy becomes available for nursing homes, hospitals or small rehabilitation centers. While the patient does exercises in the water, the therapist can precisely track and correct the movements through observation windows on the sides of the pool. The modular pool can be equipped with a great amount of accessories, of which a moveable swimming pool floor and an underwater treadmill.

We believe that the underwater treadmill is the next step in active rehabilitation. Because of buoyancy, resistance and hydrostatic pressure of the water, the patient can start underwater walking exercises almost immediately. Our EWAC movable floors make it possible to house an integrated underwater treadmill, meeting the highest norms regarding usability, adjustability and operational stability. When mobility is key or you don’t have one of our floors, we offer a drop-in treadmill. For pools without a movable floor, our drop-in lifting system will still allow you to change depth while running in order to provide the best exercise environment.

The EWAC Medical transfer equipment enables you to transfer clients in and out of the hydrotherapy pool safely. In designing our products, wet room use was taken into account.

EWAC Medical introduces the self-adjusting stairs. These stairs can be integrated in any of our movable floors, guaranteeing a comfortable and safe passage in and out of the pool.

Parallel bars are suitable for support during walking exercises after surgery or support for people with a chronic handicap. A gangway is suitable to give patients with a bad balance the extra support they need for their hands.

The EWAC Medical underwater bicycle is specially designed for cycling exercises in water for rehabilitation purposes. Due to the unique properties of the variable resistance mechanism, the underwater bicycle can be used in any stage of the rehabilitation process.

The obstacle course has been developed to train and restore balance, which can be easily done in a pool due to the hydraulic properties of water. All the components have a specific function in fall prevention training. The obstacle course contains hurdles of variable height, balance beams a balance board and a reaching pole.
