The EXALTA Ankle Plating System offers a comprehensive range of anatomy-specific, low-profile implants designed for fixation of complex ankle trauma. Plates feature specially designed holes compatible with both non-locking and variable angle locking screws, allowing surgeons to tailor fixation to procedural requirements. The system includes multiple plate configurations such as distal fibula, medial tibia, anterior lateral tibia, medial malleolus, fibula hook, and anterior tibia plates. These implants are designed to address intra- and extra-articular fractures, osteotomies, malleolar fractures, non-unions, and distal tibia and fibula fixation while maintaining stability and minimizing soft tissue disruption.
