Easytech - Model Anatomical - Primary Stemless Shoulder Prosthesis

The Easytech Anatomical is a 135° neck shaft angle primary stemless. The peripheral pegs are designed to provide an immediate primary fixation while the plasma sprayed CP Ti (titanium) and HA (hydroxyapatite) coating to promote long term fixation. This is the first-and-only primary stemless with peripheral fixation. The anchor base is attached to the head by a double morse taper. The spacers option +3 or +5mm will give alternative solutions for variable head heights in case of instability. Features include the cementless anchor base with 4 size options (30mm to 42mm), 42 possible humeral head size options (39mm to 50mm in both centered and eccentric options) and our First-and-Only-to-Market Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated alternate bearing surface option Humeral Heads. Optimally sized glenoids are available in 2 pegs, cement only option or a 3-4 pegs (see picture) with a cementless central peg option. 4 sizes available (XS, S, M, L).

Humelock Reversed - Reverse Shoulder Prosthesis

The Humelock Reversed stem (120mm) was originally designed for primary reverse option as well as for trauma application with a 145° neck shaft angle. The innovative design gives optimal fixation proximally and allows for intra-operative options. With its tulip-shape and the plasma sprayed CP Ti (titanium) and HA (hydroxyapatite) coating proximally, it is designed to promote cementless long term fixation. Features include 9 cementless stem size options (8mm to 16mm distally) including 3 different body sizes proximally (32, 36 & 40mm), 3 glenosphere sizes (32, 36 & 40mm), all with a 3.5mm lateralization, 6 heights of UHMWPE polyethylene humeral cups including stability and standard depth (54 combination possible) and our First-and-Only-to-Market Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated alternate bearing surface option glenosphere.

The Humeris Anatomical is a 135° neck shaft angle platform-style convertible stem. The short 100mm humeral stem has a dual geometry proximally designed to ensure better cementless fixation. The distal end has a smooth polished surface if cementing is required and a flat area for better diaphyseal stability. The plasma sprayed CP Ti (titanium) and HA (hydroxyapatite) coating proximally is designed to promote long term fixation. The stem is attached to the head by a double morse taper. There are available alternate double taper options to convert the neck shaft angle to 132° or 138° from 135°. The spacer options +3 or +5mm will give alternative solutions for variable head heights in case of instability.

The Humeris Reversible is a 135° neck shaft angle platform-style convertible stem. The short 100mm humeral stem has a dual geometry proximally designed to ensure better cement less fixation. The distal end has a smooth polished surface if cementing is required and a flat area for better diaphyseal stability. The plasma sprayed CP Ti (titanium) and HA (hydroxyapatite) coating proximally is designed to promote long term fixation. The FX V135 Anatomical is a 135° neck shaft angle platform-style inlay convertible mini stem. The mini 70mm humeral stem has an innovative design which gives optimal fixation proximally and allows for intra-operative options. With its tulip-shape and the plasma sprayed CP Ti (titanium) and HA (hydroxyapatite) coating proximally, it is designed to promote cementless long-term fixation. The FX V135 TM humeral stems have suture holes proximally (anterior and posterior) and a recess in the proximal medial stem to also facilitate the use of sutures (if needed).

The stem (120mm) has a Unique-To-Market fixation with distal interlocking screws (18mm to 36mm) that allow the surgeon to set the Height & Version intraoperatively with an aiming guide. The plasma sprayed CP Ti (titanium) and HA (hydroxyapatite) coating proximally is designed to enable healing of the tuberosities and to promote long term fixation. The reattachment of the tuberosities is made easier by having a non-filling proximal stem (Orthopaedics & Traumatology: Surgery & Research 105 (2019) 805–811) that uses and using the hole medially to ensure the sutures are well attached and the tuberosities well fixed.
