The Blanketrol® III hyper-hypothermia system offers simple programmable body temperature regulation while still keeping control in the hands of the caregiver. Its innovative gradient program minimizes fluctuations in water temperature and maintains a stable patient temperature.

The Kool-Kit® when combined with the Blanketrol® III is a whole body cooling system for applications designed to induced hypothermia and provide normothermia. It contains three high quality cooling blankets & wraps; the head wrap, vest, and lower body blanket. The self sealing hoses keep water from spilling when disconnecting the blankets. The random flow design of the blankets/wraps ensures that the therapy will be constantly delivered regardless of the patient’s positioning. This high quantity, high quality coverage is not matched by any other and allows for therapy to be provided to all of the major vasculature.

Gentherm`s Maxi-Therm® Lite hyper-hypothermia blankets have a durable construction to withstand rigorous use. They have a random flow design which results in even temperature distribution and excellent heating and cooling rates. The design is so efficient; the blanket can be filled with the patient in place.

Gentherm’s Maxi-Therm® Lite hyper-hypothermia blankets have a strong bonded pattern in the blanket resulting in a long lasting seal during usage. The white material provides a comfortable, clean feel, and in today’s hospitals where hospital acquired infections are an important issue, having a white blanket helps notify the caregiver when the blanket is soiled and needs to be changed.

The PlastiPad® is a reusable water blanket both durable and convenient. It may resist punctures and has a seam strength that prolongs the life of the blankets. These blankets have a non-porous surface that makes it easy to clean off blood, soil, and/or debris. The PlastiPad® blanket utilizes a random flow pattern for uniform distribution of water, yielding fast and efficient circulation throughout the entire blanket.

Prevention of intraoperative hypothermia should be considered standard practice in all perioperative departments. This is particularly important for patients undergoing major surgery. The WarmAir system helps maintain patient temperature and provide comfort before, during and after surgery. With Gentherm WarmAir® convective warming system and FilteredFlo® blankets, all air is filtered twice before being distributed to the air blanket. The unique patented design of FilteredFlo® blankets permits the use of a lower velocity blower to supply gentle, clean air. The filtered air warming method helps minimize air currents in the operating room environment.

The Norm-O-Temp® is a whole-body hyperthermia system that allows conductive warming therapy to be administered. It can be used in the operating room, pre-op, recovery, emergency or any other department in need of patient warming therapy.
