Quality control

We have a production-independent quality control department. Prior to production, we determine what tests and inspections are needed according to the construction standard and to meet your requirements. Our quality control department performs inspections and partial tests during production. At the final acceptance of a tank, you are invited to be present at the final checks performed by our quality control staff. We are provided with all the equipment for performing various quality tests:

PED module H + H1 – We are audited and accredited by Lloyd’s Register for the independent design and construction of pressure tanks from 0.5 bar. For these PED pressure vessels we can therefore issue our own CE declaration, which means a faster delivery time for you.

EHEDG – Our engineers are familiar with the EHEDG guidelines.

ATEX – A certificate may be important to you for an explosion proof installation. We are happy to advise you on this for a safe and approved ATEX installation.
