Grace Medical - Model EndoEar - Endoscopic Instruments

As the use of endoscopes to perform ear surgery increases, Grace Medical recognized the need to develop and refine instrumentation to meet the unique needs associated with these procedures. Our endoscopic instruments integrate suction and dissection to perform both functions simultaneously.  In addition, the suction adapter rotates 360° to help maximize the user’s free range of hand motion.

Grace Medical ALTO - Centered and Offset Titanium Middle Ear Implants

The ALTO Centered and Offset middle ear implants are made of pure titanium, a proven biocompatible material with excellent sound transmission properties. These light-weight prostheses are packaged with disposable sizers and preloaded in the patented ALTO adjuster which simplifies the need to properly size the implant.

Grace Medical ALTO - Concise Partial

The Centered and Offset Concise ALTO Partial provides the surgeon with a functional length range from 0.75mm to 5.75mm, in precise quarter millimeter increments. The newly designed head allows for multidirectional movement for optimal contact with the TM. The Concise Partial comes prepackaged in the patented Adjuster Body, which greatly simplifies sizing the prosthesis.

Grace Medical - Eclipse Flat Ribbon Piston

The Eclipse Flat Ribbon Nitinol Piston is a shape memory design that negates the need for manual crimping. The wide ribbon helps protect the incus during heat application.  The heat activated Eclipse has a unique shape memory zone which ensures complete (360º) gentle closure around the incus.  The shape memory zone also reduces the chances of the piston body lifting from the vestibule.

Grace Medical - Model SRP - Eclipse Flat Ribbon Nitinol Piston

The Megerian Stapes Replacement Prothesis is a heat activated, nitinol stapes replacement prosthesis. The piston features 6 tapered nitinol arms that follow the natural contour of the incus. With this unique design, the surgeon can adapt the SRP for use with a necrosed incus. The Megerian SRP ranges in lengths from 4.00mm to 5.00mm in quarter millimeter increments.

Ventilation Tubes

Grace Medical - Triune Tube

The patented Triune ventilation tube was designed to address complications of the standard long term T-Tubes, specifically perforations.  The three flanges help to keep the tube in perpendicular relationship to the eardrum. This feature restricts unnecessary erosion of TM tissues. Each of the three flanges are also angled to contour to the TM which further prevents trauma to the TM tissue.
