VarioSys offers the ability to rapidly change processes for aseptic filling and closing of IV bags for the SKAN standard isolator PSI-L. The trolleys are equipped with nitrogen or argon rinsing, integrated evacuation, gassing, CIP-SIP capability and temperature monitoring. VarioSys is a highly flexible isolator solution for small batches as well as laboratory use.

The SDM auger dosing unit fills vials, reservoirs and cartridges with powder. Its purpose is to verify the dosing of the powder and to produce the smallest sample quantities for lab tests. The dosing range can be adjusted variably with servo technology. The SDM can be operated as a standalone unit or as a setup model.

PMT is a freely configurable production platform for web processing. Standard core processes such as sealing, cutting and punching are integrated with intermittent train. They are supplemented with individually coordinated modules for printing or inspection. So, not only can TTS patches of any kind be produced, but also Oral Dissolvable Films (ODF) or diagnostic test strips. The wide variety of applications ranges up to the production of incontinence bags and colostomy bags and even punching and packaging of catheters. 

PMK is a freely configurable production platform for web processing. Standard core processes such as sealing, cutting and punching are combined depending on the product with individually coordinated technology modules. So, based on the PMK, for example, transdermal therapeutic system (TTS/TDS) can be produced as well as Oral Dissolvable Films (ODF) or diagnostic test strips. The ability to replace individual modules makes it possible to easily retrofit the system to produce product variants.

The PFM-T LS is intended for the production of single or multi-chamber productions made of PVOH or plastic. A chain transport moves the format plates with an intermittent drive through the machine. The PFM-T LS with its output of up to 500 products is excellently suited for the production of batch series, which require a flexible production of a variety of product variants.

PFM-K is intended for manufacturing single and multi-chamber products made of PVOH or plastic. A chain transport moves the format plates through the machine. After deep pulling of the film using a vacuum or a cold/warm forming process, the chambers are filled with powder and/or liquid. The chambers are then sealed with cover film and cut or punched out of the format plates.
