Many ASCs and outpatient clinics report that the smaller autoclaves, limited storage space, and smaller soak sinks present various logistical and sterile processing challenges. While outpatient facilities insist on maintaining consistency in training and how they approach procedures, a new solution was needed to overcome the limited resources in smaller facilities.

The Exact-Fit® De Mayo Lateral Positioner® is an improved version of the original De Mayo Hip positioner in many respects. It is a self-contained unit that will accommodate all patients without changing components, regardless of patient size. It is the only positioner on the market that connects both OR table rails into a rigid mechanical construct, offering maximum patient stability. The Exact-Fit® De Mayo Lateral Positioner® stores fully assembled and is ready to apply as soon as the patient is placed on the operating room table.
