This research project seeks the participation of general practitioners wishing to contribute to the advancement of research on the treatment of anemia in women aged 18 to 45 years. This project is led by the research team of the research institute of the McGill University Health Center.

Care trajectories ensure an optimal transition from an environment to another, for example, when a patient comes back home after his discharge from the hospital. They are based on a shared care plan among healthcare professionals that coordinate their actions to achieve the best possible results for the patient.

The COVID-19 crisis, unfortunately, turned out to be a primer to demystify technological solutions such as "telemedecine" to adapt to a certain type of medical encounters. With our endeavor to improve care, in early March 2020, we signed an agreement with the video platform Reacts. Their video solution enables communication and secure interactions between healthcare professionals and their patients. Our partnership creates a synergy between our two systems and allows a complete remote clinical management solution when caring for your patients.

Over the years, Omnimed has developed a large network of caregivers with whom we work daily. Always keeping in mind our primary objective to offer tools that help improving healthcare by bringing together stakeholders and sharing information, we have launched an innovative project which allows general practitioners to contact specialists through a simple computerized process.

Falling among the reflective practice projects*, the Deprescribing project allows the evaluation of its practice by targeting patients who could benefit from medication deprescribing.
