T’LIFT is an operating space provider device by organs holding. Percutaneous introduction: No incision nor trocar needed. Easy insertion through the abdominal wall thanks to the length of the needle. Possible adjustment of the suspension height with the clamp. Simple gesture: no handling of a suture (thread+ straight needle) inside the abdominal cavity. Release one hand of an operator holding a grasping forceps : operating time saving. Minimized risks of digestive or vascular wounds (vs straight needle/suture). Mini invasive abdominal wall perforation (no additional trocar incision). Reduced degree of Trendelenburg position for the patient (eg bowels retraction).

Ergonomic body provides a comfortable holding and a clear feeling during the needle introduction. Atraumatic blunt tip avoids reduces significantly the risk of perforation of intra and retroperitoneal organs. Movement of a red-colored indicator inside the transparent body needle indicates perforation of the various layers of the abdominal wall.
