RoosterCollect™-EV-CC is a standardized chemically defined, and low particulate collection medium for scalable and streamlined extracellular vesicle (EV) collection. RoosterCollect - Model EV Pro - Extracellular Vesicle (EV) Collection Media Kit

RoosterCollect-EV Pro™ is a translation-friendly, low particulate, chemically defined Extracellular Vesicle (EV) collection media kit designed to increase total hMSC-EV yields.  For use post-cell expansion, this medium supports cell health during hMSC-based EV collection to elongate the collection window, increase EV yields, and reduce variability in 3D Bioreactor as well as 2D flask culture systems.

RoosterKit - Model hBM-1M-XF - RoosterVial & RoosterNourish Test Kits

The RoosterKit-hBM-1M-XF contains 500 mL of RoosterNourish-MSC-XF and 1 vial of 1M cryopreserved hBM-MSCs (RoosterVial-hBM-1M-XF, Part No. MSC-031). RoosterNourish-MSC-XF is our translation-friendly, highly-productive, xeno-free (XF) bioprocess medium for the rapid expansion of human mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (hMSC) from multiple tissue sources.  RoosterVial-hBM-1M-XF (Part No. MSC-031) contains 1M cryopreserved hBM-MSC identical to our 10M cell product, RoosterVial-hBM-10M-XF (Cat. No. MSC-030). Following the provided RoosterBio protocols this affordable kit can generate >100M cells within 10 days. Lots are released based on hMSC identity (cell surface marker expression), expansion, viability, sterility, and differentiation and provided QC Brief containing industry-leading functional characterization (immunomodulatory potential (IDO assay), angiogenic cytokine secretion).

RoosterVial™-hBM are Human Bone-Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem/Stromal Cells (hBM-MSCs) isolated from adult human iliac crest from a variety of normal, healthy donors and expanded to a population doubling level (PDL) of 6-10, post-mononuclear cell isolation.  Available in both 1M or high-volume 10M cell per vial formats to meet your needs throughout product development. Each lot is release tested to expand >10-fold within 4 to 6 days in a media exchange free process when paired with RoosterNourish-MSC bioprocess medium and conforms to ISCT minimal criteria for hMSC identity including cell surface marker expression and tri-lineage differentiation potential, expansion potential, and sterility.
