Our technical support team makes every effort to provide accurate, qualified responses to your inquiries related to hardware, software, protocol, data analysis or troubleshooting, as rapidly as possible.

VAAD is a new innovative technique using the flexiVent, introduced to improve in vivo aerosol administrations for drug delivery and disease modelling. The VAAD approach minimizes subject-to-subject variability, and fosters a highly homogenous aerosol deposition within the lung. This optimized aerosol protocol is synced with mechanical ventilation to standardize features of the subject’s breathing pattern and to measure lung function prior to and post administration.

Surgical skills are needed for all our implanted telemetry and for some in vitro isolated organs applications.

Support and software upgrades are at no charge on the first year and included in the annual maintenance contracts after the first year. All emka TECHNOLOGIES products carry a one-year limited warranty (parts and labor, except transducers, which are covered for 6 months only) from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover repairs needed because of accidental or incidental damage or failure to operate according to instructions.

After receiving your equipment, a qualified representative will likely visit you for on-site installation and training. System and product training for your staff can be done either on-site, at our offices or via videoconference. Did not practice your emka software for a long time?
