The purpose of Conservation Genetics Resources  is to advance the study of conservation genetics by providing rapid publication of technical papers on methodological innovations or improvements, computer programs and genomic resources including novel microsatellite loci along with, for example,  SNP, Y-chromosome and plastid markers. We also encourage submissions of reports on the direct use of genetic data in the development of management practice or conservation policy.

Microbial Ecology is an international journal whose aim is the advancement and dissemination of information describing the interactions between microorganisms and the biotic and abiotic components of their environments. Microbial Ecology features articles of original research and brief reviews.
