Recombinant Chikungunya Virus-Like Particles produced in mammalian HEK293 cells. Chikungunya structural proteins are transiently expressed to form a particle comprising E1, E2 and capsid protein, without the non-structural proteins or genome. Resultant particles are totally non-infectious. >90% pure.

Purified FHA from B. pertussis. This product is presented as at least 95% of the intact 220 kDa form, with 5% in the reported breakdown products of 140 kDa and 90 kDa.

Purified native pertussis toxin from Bordetella pertussis, in lyophilised form for ease of shipping, activity tested in a CHO cluster assay. Greater than 98% pure.

Borrelia afzelii (strain PKo) antigen has been manufactured for use in the detection of antibodies against B. afzelii for immunoassay development or other applications.

This kit allows users to easily and quickly generate their own liquid stable antibody-Alkaline Phosphate conjugates. Each kit includes all reagents needed to conjugate the stated amount of IgG at an AP-IgG ratio of 2:1. Kits are available for conjugation of 0.2mg, 1mg , 5mg and 10mg IgG.
