The vivoChip-2x platform is a smaller scale version of our device designed for academic labs. It features the exact same technology as our larger devices and streamlines C. elegans immobilization by aligning them in parallel for high-resolution imaging. The platform has a proprietary design to immobilize animals in 40 parallel channels within 3 minutes, while orienting them in their lateral axis for high-resolution imaging at high speeds.

vivoVerse`s vivoCube^®+ is the latest version of our popular vivoCube microfluidics controller used in labs worldwide. Reengineered from the ground up, it provides users with an all-in-one solution for  delivering, smooth accurate pressure driven flow for their experiments.  It features two independently controllable pressure outputs supplied by an internal pump to drive flow from different liquid reservoirs, or supply fast, accurate pressure stimuli. The vivoCube+ is fully portable and more compact than other microfluidic flow controllers to allow it to fit in anywhere on your benchtop. No PC is required. Users can program virtually any series of pressure sequences directly on the unit using the intuitive vivoCubeOS and walk away.

The bottle kit can be used to replace the existing vivoCube buffer reservoir bottle and input tubing, or connected in parallel to enable simultaneous operation of 2 chips (adaptor required for connecting 2 bottles at once, please specify in quote).

The tool replacement kit contains replacement tools and accessories used to run vivoChips.

Our large-scale microfluidic chip for high-throughput screening of C. elegans disease models at high-content, is published in Nature Communications (DOI 10.1038/ncomms13023). The platform enables high-resolution imaging and analysis of ~4,000 C. elegans from 96 different populations in approximately 15 minutes.
