SETx - Cervical Interbody System

The SETx Cervical Interbody System is entirely disposable, eliminating the need for the processing and sterilization of instrument trays, which is not only expensive and cumbersome but increases the risk of infection, breakage and misplacement. The SETx Cervical Interbody System features instruments that are always in peak condition, always calibrated, and pre-loaded with implants for proper alignment and efficiency. The implants and rasp kits are sterile and individually packaged and sealed in primary and secondary trays. The SETx Cervical Interbody System implants are available in a range of shapes and sizes to accommodate variations in patient anatomy. The standard rasp kit contains sizes ranging from 5 to 10mm, and the cervical interbodies contain one specific size ranging from 5 to 10 mm.

SETx - Lumbar Interbody System

The SETx Lumbar Interbody System is entirely disposable, eliminating the need for the processing and sterilization of instrument trays, which is not only expensive and cumbersome but increases the risk of infection, breakage and misplacement. The SETx Lumbar Interbody System features instruments that are always in peak condition, always calibrated, and pre-loaded with implants for proper alignment and efficiency. The SETx Lumbar Interbody System devices are available in a range of footprints and heights, which include ALIF, PLIF, TLIF, and Oblique footprints.

SETx - Pedicle Screw System

The SETx Pedicle Screw System is an internal spinal fixation system comprised of longitudinal rods and polyaxial screws. All implant components of the SETx Pedicle Screw System are made of Titanium Alloy, Ti6Al4V and Cobalt-Chromium Molybdenum. The SETx Pedicle Screw System is a sterile packaged, single-use spinal system. The SETx Pedicle Screw System has been approved for posterior, non-cervical pedicle fixation or anterolateral fixation for the following indications: degenerative disc disease (DDD) (defined as back pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies); curvatures (i.e., scoliosis, kyphosis, or lordosis); spondylolisthesis; trauma (i.e., fracture or dislocation); spinal stenosis; tumor; pseudoarthrosis; and failed previous fusion.

SETx - Hyperlordotic Implants

As the industry’s first sterile, ALIF hyperlordotic implant system, Xenco Medical’s SETx Hyperlordotic line offers a sterile-packaged solution to saggital plane imbalance from advanced disc degeneration. Offering 20-degree and 30-degree hyperlordotic footprints, the SETx Hyperlordotic cages give surgeons the ability to restore natural lumbar lordosis of 50 to 60 degrees without requiring a posterior osteotomy. The implants are available in a range of sizes to accommodate variations in patient anatomy. Spacers are manufactured from PEEK polymer and contain tantalum markers to assist with radiographic visualization. The sterile, SETx Hyperlordotic systems may be used in the treatment of Flat Back Syndrome.

Sorrento - Bone Graft Substitute

The Sorrento™ Bone Graft Substitute is a robust, resorbable bone void filler to fill voids or gaps of the skeletal system in the extremities and pelvis not intrinsic to the stability of the bony structure. Pre-clinical animal studies have revealed its tremendous performance through early osteoblast activity and osteocyte formation with little fibrotic tissue. Sorrento™ Bone Graft Substitute is also indicated for use in the treatment of surgically treated osseous defects or osseous defects created from traumatic injury to the bone. The implant is provided as sterile, non-pyrogenic, and for single use in double peel packages.

SETx - Cervical Plate System

The SETx Merge is a sterile, single-use platform consisting of a Cervical Interbody with an Anterior Cervical Fixation Plate that utilizes Snap-alignTM Technology. Snap-align provides a reliable means of attaching the Cervical Plate to the Interbody for fixation alignment and sizing for each individual level treated. With the plate connected to the interbody, the plate length is minimized and the fixation openings are optimal position for the placement of the screws. Snap-align provides versatility, allowing the surgeon to choose whether to attach the plate to the interbody prior to implantation or connecting in situ. The SETx Merge Cervical Plate and Interbody System, along with the sterile, single-use instrumentation kit simplifies the procedure in and outside of the OR.

CancelleX Titanium

The CancelleX porous titanium lumbar implants are titanium foam spinal implants pre-attached to disposable, composite polymer instruments. Inspired by cancellous bone, Xenco Medical’s CancelleX porous titanium interbodies feature interconnected porosity throughout each implant. Designed to promote bone apposition and facilitate vascularization, the bio-inspired titanium foam implants feature high compressive strength. Sterile-packaged, each CancelleX implant is the first titanium foam implant of its kind to come pre-attached to a disposable, composite polymer delivery instrument, eliminating the need for the processing and sterilization of instrument trays, which is not only expensive and cumbersome but increases the risk of infection, breakage and misplacement.

Model HoloMedX TM - Holographic Surgical Simulation Platform

The HoloMedX TM holographic surgical simulation platform by Xenco Medical offers users the opportunity to visualize and interact with spinal anatomy as a volumetric object, rather than a 2-dimensional data set. As an unprecedented educational tool for non-diagnostic use, HoloMedX affords users with an enhanced spatial experience of unique anatomy as well as the ways in which various Xenco Medical implants interact with each spine in holographic space. The holographic implant library in HoloMedX is based on Xenco Medical’s single-use spinal implant systems, the first polymer-based devices of their kind. The revolutionary platform allows users to simulate an entire spine surgery in holographic space, without the need for any headgear or glasses. Integrated with a breakthrough Looking Glass light field display, the simulation platform instantly translates DICOM data such as CT and MRI scans into a detailed, interactive holographic reconstruction.
