Yashraj Biotechnology Ltd.’s (YBL) offers Development of Primary Cell line(s), both from normal and tumor tissues. YBL offers Transformation of cell lines by introduction of external DNA that drives the Transformation process by sustaining proliferative signaling, evading growth suppressors, resisting cell death, enabling replicative immortality, inducing angiogenesis, and activating invasion and metastasis and more. YBL also offer Immortalization of cell lines by expression of human Telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) or circumventing cellular senescence such as p16/Rb or p14/Rb pathways. Normal diploid cells have limited life span while transformed cells can divide indefinitely and Immortalized cells to some extent. These models play pivotal role in Drug Discovery and Pharmacodynamical studies.
