The growth conditions are not altered: The FastGene® Culture Chamber is equiped with exchangeable filters* (CC-01F, pore size <0,4µm), which are gas and humidity permeable. Hence, temperature, humidity, and CO2-concentration are the same as the environmental. It even buffers in case of a quick opening of the incubator. gen. *Filters should be changed every 2-3 weeks or after an infection in the incubator.
