UrgoStart Plus Border is an innovative, patented dressing developed by Laboratoires Urgo composed by two exclusive technologies, TLC-NOSF healing matrix and poly-absorbent fibres. UrgoStart Plus Border is composed of:  A soft-adherent TLC-NOSF matrix, composed of lipido-colloid particles polymers and an exclusive component, NOSF (Nano-Oligo Saccharide factor) which reduces healing time. It is combined with pofyacryfate pofy-absorbent fibres, which guarantee wound cleaning (of slough, exudate, and bacterial residue), A super-absorbent layer,  A vapour permeable waterproof outer film with silicone adhesive on the edges This specific combination is a patented structure.
