Toxicity Atlas presentation CCA Conference

Last Friday, Medstoner Silvia presented the main findings of her first manuscript at the 5th Cancer Center Amsterdam (CCA) Conference!

The manuscript entitled “A roadmap to use non-structured data to discover multi-target cancer vulnerabilities” highlights the lack of consistency in the currently available public data and discusses the importance of extracting information from non-structured data resources.

In the coming time Silvia will use the NLP solution SURUS for the automated data collection from non-structured data resources such as scientific articles and electronic health records. These data will be used as input to predict the efficacy and side-effects of drug combinations in cancer patients.
