As we move towards the New Year, we’ll be anxiously awaiting the warming days of springtime. Well, most of us will anyway.  Fortunately for many of us, and unfortunately for many others, it means flowers will be in bloom after spring rains and some of us will be suffering with seasonal allergic rhinitis, more commonly referred to as hay fever.  It’s all about the coughing, the red eyes, and the sneezing from that point on.  For those that are allergic to pollen and other seasonal allergens, it can be a difficult time to tide over without histamines and anti-snoring remedies.

However, don’t lose hope because there is a connection. Snoring is one of the key signs of not just allergies but a variety of ailments including sleep apnea and cardiac issues if it goes undiagnosed. For those unlucky individuals, who suffer with chronic snoring and other sleep-related disorders, their suffering is exacerbated by the many allergens floating through the air, at this time. But there are effective ways to control the symptoms of hay fever and stop snoring every night.
