In Vitro：Tribenoside (1 nM-100 μM) exhibits cytotoxic effect against HeLa cells with the EC50 of 13.74 μM[2].
In Vivo：Tribenoside (oral administration in doses of 500 and 1,200 mg/kg weekly) significantly decreases in the development of osteoporosis[3].
