In Vitro：Scutellarein tetramethyl ether (50 and 100 μM; 1 h) inhibits the expression of COX-2 and iNOS in RAW 264.7 cells induced by LPS (HY-D1056)[1]. Scutellarein tetramethyl ether (10-100 μM; 1 h) reduces the activity of NF-κB promoter in transiently transfected RAW 264.7 cells in a dose-dependent manner[1].
