In Vitro：Oxiracetam (100 μM; 12-24 h) inhibits Aβ-induced cell activation, inflammatory molecules expression and NO production in BV2 cells[1].
In Vivo：Oxiracetam (30 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; 4 weeks) improves cognitive impairment induced by chronic cerebral ischemia in rats[2].
