Using the Bleed Detection Array, Early Bird generates a regional bioimpedance signal to monitor a patient’s bleed status. Simple indicators tell you when it’s time to pay closer attention to a potential bleed, and when it’s time to act.
Animal and human experience prove there is a consistent and repeatable correlation between decreased bioimpedance levels and an increase in bleed volume. Early Bird successfully identifies bleed progression with a statistically significant increase in volume detected at each bleed indicator level.
