Lumex - Model Capel - 205 - Capillary Electrophoresis System
Capel-205 is a new generation capillary electrophoresis system with a significantly extended autosampler for continuous running of dozens of analyses and increased efficiency in separation.
Capel-205 realizes principle of capillary electrophoresis (CE) – separation technique, capable to determine multiple components in one run in various types of samples.
Short analysis time and high separation efficiency make CE method a great solution for food industry, environmental applications, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, biochemistry and science.
Capillary electrophoresis is based upon the differential migration of components of aqueous samples within a narrow-fused silica capillary driven by an electric field. Separated components are detected and quantified by a highly sensitive optical system based on direct or indirect UV absorbance.
- Great variety of applications may be done thanks to electrophoresis separation technique
- One instrument for multiple purposes: detects various types of analytes in almost any kind of aqueous-organic samples
- Short analysis time and large autosampler capacity increase lab throughput
- No any additional equipment (gas supplier, water bath, etc.) is required: Capel-205 works alone right after installation
- Low reagents and sample consumption and standard consumables minimize running costs
- No sample evaporation and contamination thanks to sealed vials with automatic opening in the autosampler
- 21 CFR part 11 compliant software
- Streaming potential control technique (optionally) improves repeatability of migration time and accuracy of analysis
- Capillary electrophoresis system CAPEL-205;
- Spare capillary cassettes;
- Elforun software package;
- Kits for analyses (upon request); most of CE-kits of any manufacturers are compatible with Capel-205.
Warranty
- All Lumex instruments and equipment are covered by a 12-months warranty.
Installation of LUMEX instruments can be carried out at a Customer`s site by our service engineers. Personnel training specific to the Customer needs can be also provided.
