Analgesics and antipyretics. Paracetamol, combinations without psycholeptics. Combination drug. Paracetamol has an analgesic, antipyretic, and mild anti-inflammatory action related to its effect on the hypothalamic thermoregulation center, and less pronounced ability to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis in the tissues.
The drug has a moderate analgesic and antipyretic action. The indications for use are headache, including migraine, toothache, neuralgias, rheumatic pain, menstrual pain in women; to relieve cold and flu symptoms, throat pain.
