Sypro - Custom Designed Format Parts for Blister Packaging
Sypro Custom Designed Format Parts are essential components in the Sypro feeder system, tailored specifically for individual product and blister layouts. These parts can accommodate both mono-blister and multi-phase blister designs, adapting to various packaging needs. The process begins with products being loaded into a Sypro® format tray via a feed chute, monitored by a proximity switch that ensures optimal filling. The tray's lifting mechanism positions the products upright, guiding them into filling tubes. Silicone pins within these tubes facilitate product separation, allowing products to move efficiently through channels into blister cavities. The coordinated movement of pins ensures precise product placement, enhancing packing reliability. Sypro® Format Parts are vital for maintaining orderly product flow and integrity during blister packaging operations.
The format parts are the product-specific parts of the Sypro® feeder. Each format pan is custom designed specifically for the product and the blister layout. The design can be laid out for mono-blister or multi-phase blister.

The products are transported into the Sypro® format tray via a feed chute; a proxirrlity switch monitors the filling level in the tray and controls the feed chute. By lifting movements of the tray, the products are oriented in an upright position and fall Into the filling tubes. Silicone pins, which enter the tubes, separate the products. The separated products then slide through the channels of the fill shoe into the blister cavities of one complete index when the pins are released.
