SOPAT - Model VI Probe - Sc - High-Resolution Inline Endoscope for Industrial Applications
The Sc Probe is an advanced high-resolution inline endoscope used industrially to monitor particle sizes and shapes. It's particularly useful in laboratory and production settings where it can be inserted directly into ongoing processes. Utilizing image analysis technology, it provides detailed information about particles ranging from 9 to 1,100 µm. Various customization options are available such as cooling and purging tubes to broaden its application scope. The device is compatible with multiple process connectors like flanges and compression fittings including the Knick Ceramat W155 retractable fitting. Its construction includes high-grade materials like 316L stainless steel and sapphire for durable use even in demanding conditions. The probe supports machine vision with a 5.1 MP camera and can function in process temperatures between -10 and 130°C, and even higher up to 450°C with supplementary accessories.
