Coeliac disease
Coeliac disease is strongly associated with the DQA1*05:01- DQB1*02:01 and DQA1*03-DQB1*03:02 haplotype. Additionally, DRB1*03, DRB1*07 and DRB1*11 alleles can be used as genetic markers.
