MmaxSure™ EZ SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit is an in vitro diagnostic kit for qualitative analysis to diagnose severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. It has high specificity for targeted RNA because 6 primers selectively detect specific genes of SARS-CoV-2 (RdRP gene and N gene) by RT-LAMP (Reverse Transcription Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification). After completion of the reaction, the results can be confirmed immediately by color change.
