- Waste container is rolled onto lift mechanism.
- A single button push starts the processing. Waste is weighed, lifted and documented. A door automatically opens and waste is dumped onto shredding system.
- The systems use a heavy duty industrial power shredder to break apart and reduce waste size by up to 90% making it unrecognizable.
- The shredded waste is then exposed to our patented Humidizone™ which is ozone with moisture for complete sterilization and odor reduction.
The volume of waste is greatly reduced allowing for fewer trips to the landfill, thus, directly impacting the carbon footprint.
The sterilized, inert waste is then safely transferred to a sanitary landfill. The reduced volume greatly reduces the footprint of the waste.

- Oxygen molecules (02) are electrically charged.
- The oxygen (02) splits apart. The individual molecules attach themselves to other oxygen molecules (02) and bond to create OZONE (03).
- The aggressive OZONE (03) then seeks out and destroys pathogens, thereby sterilizing the medical waste in the Clean Waste System® processing chamber.
- After sterilizing the waste, residual Ozone (03) is converted back to oxygen (02) and safely released back into the atmosphere with no harm.
