Low Noise Amplifier/Driver Amplifier designed for high data-rate applications. Designed to operate over the band 17-31.5 GHz. 20 dB of linear gain, 2.6 dB noise figure. 2.5 x 2.5 QFN package, single positive bias (3.3 V). Well suited to demanding, high-order modulation schemes such as VSAT, ISM 24 GHz and millimetre wave 5G. Demo Board available.
