2 target detection: qualitative detection of ORF1ab gene and N gene. High sensitivity: 1000 copies/mL, to prevent missed detection to the greatest extent. Rapid detection: using Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) which has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high specificity and rapid detection of POCT in order to achieve rapid detection of 2019-nCOV. Full-process internal monitoring: internal control were used to effectively monitor the whole detection process of extraction, reverse transcription and amplification, to avoid false negative results.
