Our Open Case Carts are built to last using Series 300 stainless steel with a #4 polished finish and come in two versatile sizes and three heights with flexible shelving options, smart design choices, important safety features, and superior maneuverability. The tubular design offers maximum rigidity, and the frame assembly is structurally supported by a heavy gauge fully welded chassis assembly for maximum load bearing capacity. All open case carts are backed by an outstanding 7 year warranty on structural and all components (excluding casters) with one year labor included.

FLEXIBLE SHELVING

  • Adjustable open shelf design provides additional shelf width and depth for large containers and can be easily removed/repositioned on the cross supports in 5” (127 mm) increments
  • Shelves are available in solid or perforated stainless steel and are die-formed for maximum load bearing capacity

SMART DESIGN

  • Work height carts have a fully welded solid top surface with perimeter channel supports for structural integrity
  • Externally mounted integrally welded push-pull handle maximizes interior storage space
  • All welds and joints are polished and blended for a smooth finish

SAFETY FEATURES

  • Full perimeter bumper made from high temperature resistant rubber provides impact protection
  • Standard corner bumpers are available as an option
  • Permanently sealed seams and crevices prevents water accumulation and sources of contamination
  • All surfaces are smooth and free from sharp edges that may result in sterile pack damage or worker injury

SUPERIOR MANEUVERABILITY

  • Each cart features two all-swivel, one steer-lock, and one total-lock caster to facilitate easy steering, handling, and positioning
  • Stainless steel caster body is cart washer compatible and provides a high load rating of 225 lbs per wheel
  • Optional retractable linkage/training assembly provides for easy manual cart training/towing
