ASP - Model SortProR - Racksorter

For your laboratory needs
With the supplementary SortProR Racksorter, your SortPro can load blood and urine samples directly into any analyzer racks during sample acquisition without any loss of time. Equipped with two modules, the ASP SortPro achieves the same throughput of over 3,000 tubes/h when loading racks as it does when dispensing in bulk.

Processing of closed (capped/sealed) and opened (decapped) samples in the rack area.

SortProR Racksorter places up to 1,800 samples/h in racks, depending on the racks to be loaded, With two rack modules, you achieve up to 3,600 samples/h being flawlessly processed. This means that samples can be placed in racks just as quickly as they are identified, registered and processed by the SortPro.

SortProR Racksorter works with any racks
Each SortProR Module has up to five drawers on which any configuration of similar or different racks can be realized individually for the needs of your laboratory. The total capacity of the five drawers is up to 1,000 samples. Basically, all rack types that are equipped in a perpendicular movement can be used (including centrifuge racks!). We would be happy to check the racks you use for compatibility.
