ABENA - Silicone Foam Dressing
Abena’s Silicone Foam Dressing is a highly absorbent self-adherent silicone foam dressing consisting of a soft silicone contact layer, a flexible polyurethane foam pad, and a vapor-permeable, moisture-proof outer film. The silicone adhesive sticks to surrounding skin but not to the wound bed, helping to minimize pain and the risk of damage to the wound area. The dressing is comfortable, conformable, and can be cut to fit. The triple-layered construction facilitates dynamic fluid management to provide the optimal moist wound environment, which helps promote faster wound closure and reduce risk of maceration. The gentle silicone layer can be lifted and repositioned without losing its adherence.

ABSORBENT FOAM
Made of polyurethane foam, this layer manages high levels of exudate, helping to prevent maceration. It also offers additional comfort and cushioning protection.
CORE SILICONE FOAM TECHNOLOGY
Provides a gentle adhesive silicone contact layer which helps with dressing placement and is ideal for fragile skin.

Ensures sterile application of dressing to ensure an optimal wound healing environment.
