Claret - Srsly Library Prep Kit for NGS
The SRSLY NGS Library Prep Kit provides a simple and efficient ligation-based single-stranded DNA library preparation method that is engineered to produce complex libraries from low inputs of degraded DNA in about 2.5 hours. The SRSLY PicoPlus Kit is particularly designed for improved retention of short dsDNA molecules (< 100 bp) and oligonucleotides (< 100 nt).

The SRSLY NGS Library Prep Kit is available in two main formulations based on the input amount, source and fragment length.
*Please note that the index PCR polymerase supplied with either kit is not Uracil tolerant. For sample input types with high deamination (aDNA, forensics, some FFPE samples) we recommend substituting the kit supplied polymerase with PfuTurbo or a comparable Uracil tolerant polymerase. Instructions for PfuTurbo use are supplied in the manual
