The Melt-CUBE EVO features a newly evolved design aimed at minimizing downtime while enhancing processing capabilities. This product offers a simultaneous horizontal direct side gating solution for up to 8 cavities per cube, which eliminates scrap from sub-runners and boosts part quality. It is particularly suited for high cavitation molds used in producing deep draw medical parts, such as pipette tips, syringe barrels, and needle shields. Key features include a simplified design, gate-located tips, brazed heater technology, and a high-capacity design. The product also offers a specialized dual-gate system.
