Securos - Tibial Plateau-Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) System

TPLO provides some of the best outcomes for stifle stabilization in cruciate-deficient dogs. We offer two lines of TPLO plates—patented conventional (non-locking) stainless steel plates, and a polyaxial locking plate and screw system (PAX). Made of biocompatible titanium alloy, our PAX plates and screws feature a crescent head to accommodate high tibial osteotomies, and a proximocaudal curve to optimize plate alignment and screw purchase.
