ATP metabolism involves several key small molecules, including adenosine triphosphate (ATP), adenosine diphosphate (ADP), adenosine monophosphate (AMP), oxidized nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH), coenzyme A (CoA), acetyl coenzyme A (acetyl-CoA), and inorganic phosphate (Pi). MtoZ Biolabs has developed a platform for detecting ATP metabolism-related small molecules, utilizing the ACQUITY UPLC/TripleQuad5500 system (Waters/AB Sciex). This platform allows for both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with 95% of the substances being quantified using standards and isotope-labeled standards.

3. Sample Transportation
Considering that 3-4 kg of dry ice will evaporate in one day, ensure to use an adequate amount of dry ice (preferably larger blocks as they evaporate slower) and seal the samples in a foam box. Opt for the fastest shipping method possible to minimize sample degradation during transit.
