Atlanta - Calibration Service

Atlanta BioMedical Corporation warrants to the purchaser that the Syringe Infusion Pump shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Atlanta BioMedical Corporation`s sole obligation with respect to any such defect is limited to the repair, or at Atlanta BioMedical Corporation`s option, replacement of the Syringe Infusion pump. Purchaser pays return freight charges.

This warranty is made on the condition that prompt notifications of a defect is given to Atlanta Biomedical Corporation within the warranty period, and that Atlanta BioMedical Corporation shall have the sole right to determine whether a defect exists.

The warranty does not apply to Syringe Pumps that have been partially or completely disassembled, altered, subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident. or operated other than in accordance with the instructions provided by Atlanta BioMedical Corporation.

This warranty represents the exclusive obligation of Atlanta BioMedical Corporation, and the exclusive remedy of the purchaser regarding defects in the Syringe Infusion Pump. THIS WARRNATY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No person is authorized to modify, in any manner, Atlanta BioMedical Corporation`s obligation as described above.
