In addition, we have 24/7 answering service available to capture your message and someone will promptly contact you for follow up to resolve any of our Quality Controls related issues. If the source of the problem appears to be outside our area of jurisdiction, we work closely with the assay developer and/or the instrument manufacturer to jointly find a solution.
