This may be longer during times with unusually high demand. Just before a shipment, you receive a tracking number. With this number, you can follow your order via track & trace.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost depends on your order and address. The appropriate shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are not satisfied until you are. As long as you are not 100% happy, we will help you. If we can’t help you, you can return your order within 30 days. Please contact us to start a return procedure.
