With every Decipher test performed, a whole-transcriptome profile with 1.4 million markers covering 46,000 coding and non-coding genes is de-identified and added to the Decipher GRID database (for Research Use Only).
Through our innovative data sharing and research approach, Decipher GRID (for Research Use Only) has been used to develop novel predictive signatures for a response to androgen deprivation therapy, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and targeted biologics such as PARP inhibitors and immunotherapies.
