GFP Reporter Cell Line-4T1.2 is clonally derived from 4T1.2 cell line which was transduced by a lentiviral vector containing GFP and puromycin resistance gene. GFP is expressed as free cytoplasmatic proteins in these 4T1.2-GFP stable cells. It is a ready-to-use in vitro model for cell-based assay applications.
